In Proyectos Insulares we realize that one of the basic pillars to offer the best service is to maintain a good working environment; therefore, our goal with these new offices has been to create a comfortable and pleasant work area where our agents can carry out all the necessary office work facing real estate sector. And who better to take charge of a project than our own team? On this occasion, Proyectos Insulares has been responsible for the entire process of refurbishment and adaptation of the site (from the definition of the project to its execution), transforming it into a modern, open and well prepared office to offer a multitude of services.

With capacity for six individual workstations, this new coworking office is the perfect space for our collaborators, who work as self-employed, to perform their functions in a space completely adapted to their needs, including a spacious meeting room, where workers can group and share aspects related to Proyectos Insulares. This coworking space has multiple services:
